Our Services

Case Management and Support Team

Case Management is an important part of our resident care. Our residents meet with their case manager for assistance in tracking their goals and progress. Our case managers are trained to help residents obtain housing, a job, food assistance, medical care, and a wide variety of other services that they need to become self-sufficient.

Our residents work through a three-level system to self-sufficiency. This includes a weekly meeting with their case manager, a bi-weekly meeting with pastor Wayne, and a monthly support team meeting. The support team consists of the director, the resident’s case manager, and Pastor Wayne. Residents receive ongoing support, counseling (from a Biblical-faith-based perspective), and accountability.
